Waldemar II, King of Denmark died on 28 March 1241 at Vordingborg, Denmark, at age 70.

She married Eric VII Glipping, King of Denmark, son of Christopher I, King of Denmark and Margaret of Pommerellen, on 11 November 1273.2 Agnes of Brandenburg married Gerhard II, Graf von Holstein-Plon, son of Gerhard I, Graf von Holstein, Stormarn, Wagrien, & Schauenburg and Elisabeth von Mecklenburg, in 1293.3 Agnes of Brandenburg and Gerhard II, Graf von Holstein-Plon obtained a marriage license on 3 August 1295 at Anagni; Date of Papal Dispensation.3 Agnes of Brandenburg died on 1 October 1304; Buried at Ringsted.3
