However, that Elizabeth died unmarried in 1510.1,4 She married John Foxley, Gent., son of John Foxley and Matilda Wyatt, circa 1495.1,2,3 Elizabeth Butler died on 4 July 1535 at Foxley, Northamptonshire, England.4
