     Anne Hastings was born circa 1484 at of Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, England.9 A contract for the marriage of Anne Hastings and Sir Thomas Stanley, 2nd Earl Derby, 3rd Lord Stanley, Lord Strange of Knockin was signed on 17 December 1505; They had 3 sons (John; Sir Edward, 3rd Earl Derby, Lord Strange; & Henry) and 1 daughter (Margaret, wife of Sir Robert Radcliffe, 1st Earl of Sussex, Viscount FitzWalter).10,2,3,4,5,6,11 Anne Hastings left a will on 6 September 1550. She was buried on 17 November 1550; Died at Colham Green, Middlesex.2,4,11 Her estate was probated on 5 March 1551.4,11
